I’m convinced that physical activity and sports are very powerful tools for personal, group, and social transformation. This conviction—along with my passion for understanding the human mind and behavior—has become my life’s purpose and has allowed me to spend the last few years supporting athletes reach their goals (recreational, amateur, and professional), while helping them find balance between performance—the pursuit of pushing limits and becoming their best selves—and their overall well-being.
My approach is mainly humanistic, integrating sports performance with personal well-being. I focus on creating a safe and supportive space where athletes can explore their motivations, emotions, and challenges. I aim to offer a close and transformative experience that allows each person to fully enjoy their sport, reach their goals, and care for their mental health, through a personalized and evidence-based process.
